Kirk Fox was born and raised in Washington and Dalton, MA. He is a father of 2 sons, life partner of Sherri Belouin, an incredible cabinetmaker and craftsman, my neighbor and friend.

On Tuesday, June 3rd, Kirk was cutting a limb off a tree on his Washington property. The limb swung back and caused the ladder and Kirk to fall 15 feet to the ground. It was 45 minutes before a car heard his faint cries for help. He fractured 12 ribs, 3 of which required surgery and the placement of titanium strips to hold them together. He broke his left wrist, fractured 4 vertebra in his spine and torn his right rotator cuff. He spent 15 days in the hospital before being release to home.

Kirk is self-employed and is looking at a minimum of 2-3 months before he can start

driving and at least 6 months before he can begin working again. He had hoped to enter semi-retirement but the unknown medical bills will prevent that. He is in need of future therapies but is hesitating because of the cost.
