Hello, everyone! I have created this go fund me for Sam Kirby and her family. Sam and I are best friends but we refer to ourselves as sisters because we are so close. On the morning of September 11th, Sam suffered from what doctor’s believe was a seizure while standing in her parent’s garage. Unfortunately, she fell backwards onto the concrete, resulting in a traumatic brain injury that put her in a coma. On September 30th, prayers were answered and she woke up! She has not yet regained her ability to talk or walk and is bed-ridden due to very limited mobility. She is now at an amazing rehabilitation facility in Chicago where she is getting awesome care to help her regain functions. We are hoping she will go home by Christmas time, but there are many things that will need changed around the house to accommodate her homecoming and to make her more comfortable, such as a ramp leading into the house. They have also sustained medical debt throughout this process. Any donations are greatly appreciated and every small amount helps.
