Kip Needs A New Furnace-Boiler

Shortly after the pandemic sent us all home, my sister Kip's boiler broke. She is self-employed and while the unemployment was a major blessing, it doesn't cover extras. She is watching her business (massage therapy) dwindle down to nothing even though we're "back to work." Since April, she's been working with different government agencies to try to get assistance. In July, one of the agencies promised she would have a new boiler by September. Well, it's October now and she can't get in touch with anyone at the agencies.  She has no heat for her house. She has had bids from anywhere from $10-20K.  

She doesn't mind being cold herself, but is currently researching how to keep her pipes from freezing. She doesn't want pipes nor her cats to freeze. She's currently working two part-time jobs as well to keep everything afloat. I set the "ask" high to hopefully either get enough to cover the purchase and installation of a new boiler or to mitigate the amount of $$ she needs to borrow to make this happen.  

Please help if you can! Every $20 and $5 and $50 adds  up. I know it's a huge ask, but Kip deserves a tiny break now and then. Watching her business crumble and trying to keep her house AND eat once in a while is exhausting. The thought of freezing pipes and kitties is just too much to bear!
