Kinsley Mae is  a spunky six year old who is the daughter of Jennifer and Brad Ludwig., and the baby of 6.  Brad has had to take leave from his job and Jennifer is a teacher for Saint John’s School.

This past November she was diagnosis with a respiratory infection kind of like the flu. A month ago,  Jennifer noticed that Kinsley’s arms and legs were turning purple while she was taking a nap. The pediatrician instructed her to take her immediately to Children’s Hospital Emergency Room. Kinsley’s oxygen level were very low when admitted to the Children’s. She was put on high flow oxygen to bring the levels up. Over the next two weeks, the doctors ran tests, called in specialist only to not figure out what was wrong.

Last week, she was Life Flighted to Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, there she endured more tests which required her to be sedated. The only thing that has been discovered is she has thickening of the lungs, cause unknown.

Today, arrangements were made to medi flight her to Cincinnati, Ohio to do more tests and determine if a lung transplant maybe necessary which will cost thousands of dollars.

This go fund me is to help with these cost plus pay for Brad and Jennifer to stay by her side and maintain their home here in Plattsmouth that there 3 out of 4 of their children live and Brads mom who is helping caring for them.
