April 17th my sister was killed in a tragic vehicle accident leaving 3 beautiful daughters behind. Three weeks following her death, her eldest daughter 16 year old  Alyssa was diagnose with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5. This came as a huge shocked to our family, still grieving the sudden lost  when we received the chilling diagnosis “Chronic kidney disease”. Alyssa spent 8 days in Wolfson hospital, upon her discharge she was giving all types of demands she had to meet in order to get through her situation. Alyssa was recently put on the transplant list... she’s also preparing to spend a week in Gainesville where Specialist will run further test.

Financial help is definitely a need for our family as we embark on a critical journey.
