Our son Kingston didn't speak until he was 2 years old. The signs that he was different were apparent from an early age. Though he is 4 years old he is developmentally closer to 2years of age. He has received an official diagnosis of Autism (ASD) and has started preschool, and has become a member of the inland regional center, But he has a long way to go. He has difficulty communicating and we have investigated different therapies that could help him develop to be able to cope and deal with the world around him in a more functional way. We have discovered great benefits from Hyperbaric Chamber therapy! As some may know hyperbaric chambers have been used for healing injuries (mainly Brain injuries) since the mid 1800's! including cerebral palsy, strokes and epilepsy. Autism is caused in part by a lack of oxygen and/or blood flow to certain parts of the brain and the reason for the restriction is considered a brain injury that can be improved by HBOT.

To receive the most benefit for Kingston using this treatment, we plan an initial 40 rounds of treatment with a 2 week break followed by another 40 rounds of treatment. Each 40 round treatment is $4500.
This is a costly treatment and is NOT covered by insurance because of it's "Newer" status althought it has been implemented for over 30 years as a treatment.
