Hello. I'm hoping to appeal to you on behalf of King Rashad Daniels and his mommy, Tonetta Hill.
King (that is his real name), was born on July 1, 2014, with Hydronephrosis, a kidney disorder which causes only one of his little kidneys to function. Because of this disorder, Kings' immune system has been compromised, making him susceptible to infections and high fevers. The first few months on his little life were plagued with frequent doctor visits and hospital stays, having six hospital stays in as many months of life.
On January 6, 2016, Kings' family was faced with more devastating news concerning his health. In addition to the Hydronephrosis, King has been diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, another kidney disorder that causes his body to excrete too much protein into his urine. With this disorder comes swelling, pain, high blood pressure (he takes two meds for this), elevated heart rate, inability to void and now, for King, possible dialysis. Since being diagnosed, King has been hospitalized 8 times, with this current stay being the worse. Right now, King condition is listed as critical and he is in PICU at Children's Hospital, Birmingham Al. Right now, King is on is on a ventilator and has an auxiliary line in just in case he needs dialysis. King also has an infection in his blood that is causing his heart and lungs not to function properly, and he has a central line in to administer his meds. Along with your prayers, King and Tonetta needs your help. They're not asking for it, Im asking you for them.
Because of her sick baby, Tonetta is not able to work. She and her mother, Evelyn, a true woman of God, exhaust themselves in trying to find money for gas, to pay people to take them to and from Birmingham, and to feed Tonetta, because the hospital does not provide food for the mommy to eat the first few days of the baby stay. They have had to sometime rely on the kindness of family and friends, who are willing to help, but are limited in doing so because they have their own expenses to tow. And, even though King does have Alabama medicaid, some of his medicines aren't covered by it and eventually, some of his hospital and doctor visits, won't be covered either.
Please consider helping Baby King, his mom Tonetta and his grandmother Evelyn, in any way you can. If you are in the Birmingham area, please consider stopping by the hospital to offer support to them albeit prayer, money or time. This family really needs your help to defray some of the expenses they have, so that they can better concentrate on King and his healing.
I thank you for taking the time to read this, I thank you for taking time to pray for them and I thank you in advance for your donations.
May God bless you for your loving kindness to this family.
