King Buddy Deserves a Chance

King Buddy, Sir Budetrius: ruler of the Vannoys is a playful, loving bobtail snowshoe mix. Until recently, he required daily playtime or he would keep us up at night wanting to hunt and play. After a week of withdrawn behavior, vomiting occasionally, and lack of urine/stool output, we got him checked out. Buddy was diagnosed with an extremely large intestinal mass today. His x-ray also shows that his other organs are healthy and his labs are normal. Buddy deserves a consultation with a specialist to determine if this mass is treatable. Noticing that your older cat seems ill is very scary. When there is hope of treatment, your pet deserves proper care. I am humbled by this request, but I will do anything for Buddy. He deserves the best life and any viable care for his illness. This fundraiser will be aimed to cover the costs of a consult at the specialty vet and further testing. My goal is to determine if my fur baby is suffering from a curable issue or provide him palliative care if necessary.

Buddy arrived in our family as a rescue. My mom was working as a pet food sales rep and decided to visit the stray cats. Buddy jumped right on her shoulder and chose her as his human. Almost 2 years ago, he came to live in my home and immediately became the baby of the house. I have not experienced a single day of depression since he moved in full time. Buddy deserves the same love, loyalty, and care that he has shown our family.
