Help people who need vital ostomy supplies

Kindred Box is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States dedicated to improving the lives of people with ostomies.

We collect and distribute donated ostomy supplies to support uninsured and underinsured ostomates who cannot afford them because of financial hardship. Through the generosity of our donors, we’ve distributed more than 250,000 donated supplies in America since 2019.

Throwing away unused medical equipment in good condition generates waste in landfills. By donating ostomy supplies before they expire, we can all help restore our Earth. Because of Kindred Box donors, over 45,000 pounds of new medical supplies have been kept out of landfills.

Our mission is to raise awareness about the expense of essential medical supplies for uninsured and underinsured Americans living with an ostomy, promote understanding, create solutions, and encourage ostomy supply donation.
