Help people who need vital ostomy supplies

Kindred Box is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States dedicated to improving the lives of people with ostomies.

We collect and distribute donated ostomy supplies to support uninsured and underinsured ostomates who cannot afford them due to financial hardship. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we’ve distributed more than 282,000 donated supplies since 2019.

Throwing away unused medical equipment in good condition generates waste in landfills. By donating ostomy supplies before they expire, we can all help restore our Earth. Thanks to the support of Kindred Box donors, over 52,000 pounds of new medical supplies have been kept out of landfills.

Our mission is to raise awareness about the cost of essential medical supplies for uninsured and underinsured individuals with ostomies in America, promote understanding, develop solutions, and encourage ostomy supply donations to prevent medical waste.
