We are hoping to raise at least one hundred thousand dollars to help our friend, Tristan Kisling pay for a stem cell transplant that will cost up to one million dollars. She was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and has been undergoing chemotherapy since January 2023. Tristan has a donor match and is scheduled to travel to Houston at the end of August. In addition to the transplant, she will have other expenses including lodging, food and transportation.

Tristan spent over 25 years teaching in South Colonie and has touched the lives of many students and families. Her friends and colleagues wish to help her complete this journey without burdening her further financially.
