Kindly Contribute to Jacqueline's Cancer Care

Jacqueline is a 3 time cancer survivor about to undergo high risk cardio/thoracic surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center in an effort to save her life.  She is a devoted single mother of two beautiful children; her time with them is precious. and priceless

Funds are needed ASAP and ongoing, as her treatment plan will include going to NYC every 3 months for the next 5 years for checkups and scans.

Jacqueline would very much appreciate having her family accompany her to appointments in NYC whenever possible.  Thus there will be costs for room, board, and transportation.  Any amount you are able to donate helps tremendously.  She and her family thank you in advance for your generous support.
