Kindergarten teacher suffered a heart attack

Help Ms. Bradley get back to school!

Please help a wonderful kindergarten teacher in recovery from a massive heart attack.

Jennifer Bradley, or as the students call her, Ms. Bradley is a wonderful and talented kindergarten teacher at the Lake Lure Classical Academy, Lake Lure, NC. Every child is fortunate to have her as their teacher. She is very protective of her classroom students and is always very supportive. She is a great communicator and works very hard with every student in her class to help them learn and grow. She is passionate about what she does, and her students absolutely adore her. Ms. Bradley is a selfless person and does everything she can to take care of her students and everyone else around her.

On Friday, March 25, she suffered a massive heart attack at her home. A few days prior to that, she felt very sick and stayed home trying to recover. However, her condition became a lot more serious than anyone ever expected.

Thank God the ambulance arrived in time to take her to the hospital, where she underwent emergency surgery to place a stint in one of her arteries that was completely blocked. She also developed pericarditis, the infection around her heart which is very painful.

Ms. Bradley has a long road to recovery, and she is not going to be able to work for several weeks. She is going to face a lot of medical expenses from the hospital, surgery, and recovery.

Ms. Bradley doesn't have any paid sick time left as she has been taking care of her two kids' needs, including a special needs daughter, as a single mother. She has also been looking after her mom, who is currently in hospice care.

While Ms. Bradley is at the hospital, she is unable to be with her mother in Hospice and now is facing a long recovery time herself. She really needs our help with fundraising to help cover her medical bills and family expenses while she is healing.
