SUPPORT KIMSEY RECOVERY FROM MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Kate! Sean is one of my dear friends for over 20 years and he could use some support and love right now.
He was recently in a traumatic motorcycle accident (2nd in 4 years). Both accidents are a direct result of drivers not paying attention to motorcycles.
In this accident, he is suffering from 2 broken ankles and a broken arm, while still recovering from a spinal cord & pelvic injury, and brain damage from the first accident.
He has already undergone numerous surgeries and has long-term physical therapy ahead. He wasn’t able to be discharged to a facility where they could support his recovery for the next 6 to 12 weeks, which is very stressful and painful to be managing without professional care.
He is currently unable to walk and unable to work.
Sean is an amazing friend, son, uncle, brother and colleague to those in his life. He deserves all the support he can get right now so he can get back on his feet (literally) without the headache of more debt and drawbacks.
Any contribution will be so helpful as he did not have health insurance at the time of this recent accident.
Donations will be going towards medical bills, out-of-pocket costs, continued physical therapy, meals, insurance premiums, car insurance, and so on.
Time spent with him in person would also be very helpful like cooking, getting groceries, or helping him navigate the room to and from his bed, bathroom and chair. (Cracking a few jokes along the way to lift his spirits is a bonus.)
Thank you to everyone who can support Sean's recovery! I know it means the absolute world to him and he won't take any of it for granted.
