Hello!!

This year for my birthday I am asking for support as I have to retire due to medical concerns. I have to get Vascular Bypass Surgery to restore blood flow to the entire bottom half of my body as I have A rare disease called Vasculitis. I recently had to go through 3 extensive rounds of Chemo Therapy for the second heart attack I had after surviving a widows heart attack. Due to these medical procedure and conditions I am unable to work and would love and appreciate any donations you are able to give.
