Hello friends! For anyone who has been keeping up with Kim's house-building in the wild, wild West, I have some serious updates. It's ALMOST DONE! I have made so much progress but because of price increases due to the pandemic (and a few unscrupulous builders as we've discussed), I'm unfortunately just shy of my goal. Creating a GoFundMe for this sort of thing is NOT anything I ever thought I would have to do and I loathe the thought - but this house has been my retirement dream for years and I planned everything down to the cent. Of course, I couldn't plan for a pandemic or any added costs that come from hiring help in a new place. That being said, I'm still very close to what I need to complete my house and I'm hoping that collectively you can help accomplish this. If you have anything to spare, I would be grateful beyond belief. Even a dollar would go a long way - I have 3000 Facebook friends and only need $4000 so maybe even $1.50?
