Kim was diagnosed with brian cancer. Doctors found & removed a Giloblastoma after a visit to the ER due to headaches & other various problems.
Tyler, her husband, rushed home from his deployment with the Air Force & has since been by her side. Together they have a 6 year old boy who was diagnosed with mild Autism.
There isn't a stage because brain cancers work differently, they use grades. Her doctor rated it a grade 4 which is the worst. They will not know if it is terminal or not until she has had treatment for at least 6 months and then it depends on how she/her body responds to it.
This is Kim's 3rd round of cancer, skin, thyroid and now brain. If anyone is strong/tough enough to fight this, it is Kimberly Turpin. She has so many friends/family/neighbors, in her corner and we have no worries that she will ever be without support of some kind.
Between medical expense & taking care of their family, the next few months are going to be very trying, especially financially. Any dontation is HIGHLY appreciated.
