Today I received the news that my sweet family in Atlanta lost their home to a fire yesterday.  My sister Michelle, niece Lannea,  brother in law Joel,  furry niece Ora, and furry nephew Marlow are SAFE.  Thank God they were out of town when this happened.  I am FOREVER grateful that they were not home.  For those of you who know my sister Michelle, she has poured her soul into the most beautiful extensive body of artwork.  This is her entire life´s work.  Hundreds of paintings, drawings, ceramics, and more.  From what I understand neighbors entered the home during the ordeal to try to rescue what they could.  There are many things that families lose when something like this happens that can be replaced and for that I am grateful.   However, there are innumerable things cultivated and created by hand in this sweet home that cannot be replaced.  Treasures from life travels, precious creations throughout Lannea´s childhood, research and amazing finds by Joel, and gifts from the family tree.  The loss of these creations will be tremendous.  I know we cannot replace these treasures but I want to try to help ease the financial burden that this will bring.  Thank you for taking the time to read and thank you for any donation you are able to give.  With love, Stephanie, Lucy, Paul, David, and Stella.
