This all began with a dress. My amazingly brave client requested I help find her this specific Amelia dress. Knowing it is a highly desired print she even offered to pay an inflated price. Although she is still fighting this battle she knows death is inevitable and she wanted this dress hanging in her closet for when her time comes.
Naturally, when she found herself on this journey with MDS she found herself battling depression.
"LuLaRoe has in a small way, saved my mental life. My depression was severe. The colors and comfort of LuLaRoe has allowed me to go to all my Drs appointments and chemo treatments while feeling good about my appearance."
I created this account after I received an overwhelming response to give back to Kim. When I approached her with this saying she could take a dream vacation she actually shared with me before doing that (it's been 3 years since she has had any vacations) that she needs 2,000 dollars for dental work that is required prior to her getting a bone marrow transplant. (She is still searching for the perfect match)
I would love for her to not only pay for her procedure, but also take that vacation and make memories with her family.
I will also be collecting damaged or gently used leggings to be turned into hair turbans or wraps. Not only will these be for Kim, but I will start a program for anyone who is going through chemo.
Thank you everyone for your extreme generosity and support. We are both oberwhelmed.
