Kimberly’s Breast Cancer Fight Support Fund

Hi everyone! We have all been brought together to support our amazing friend Kimberly Orr as she fights breast cancer. Kim has been unable to work since her diagnosis because of the risks associated with COVID-19 at her hospital where she worked. I have started this campaign in an effort to ease the day to day financial burdens that this diagnosis has brought on including insurance premiums and every day bills for her. Kim has her first surgery scheduled for May 6th, with recovery to follow as well as chemo, and possibly radiation leaving her unable to work for awhile. I hope we can all band together to assist her. I understand this is asking a lot as I know many are going through tough times due to this quarantine. Any donation that is possible is greatly appreciated whether it is $5 or $50. It will ease the burden on Kimberly so that she can focus on her recovery, and not the stress of day-to-day bills. Kim did not ask for this GoFundMe, and if you know Kim then you know that is not her style. I have know her since the beginning of 9th grade, and she always puts others first. She is one of the most selfless people I know. She would give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it, and would never ask anything in return.
