Kimberly Berg's Rock Steady Boxing

Kimberly has been a miracle worker for many of us struggling with Parkinson's.
The best medicine for Parkinson's is to exercise and to keep fighting!  Kimberly uses boxing to keep symptoms at a minimum and to slow the progression.  She offers her Rock Steady Boxing classes across the Portland Metro area.
Kimberly is my trainer and has changed my life.  I want to see her classes grow and help even more people living with Parkinson's.
The bond she creates in her classes is amazing.  And the community Kimberly has created is impacting the lives of people living with Parkinson's and their family.
I am raising funds to help Kimberly rent her own space that can handle a couple classes at a time and a room that can handle 30 boxers at a time.
