This past week, the world lost two amazing souls. Kimberly and her mother, Hebe, passed within days of each other, in one final showing of the incredible bond they had.
Kimberly was a lot of things to a lot of people: a mother, aunt, sister, cousin, niece, confidant, creative and best friend. To know her was to know adventure. She had an unmatched passion for life and left a positive impact on the world, wherever she went.
With her unwavering faith in miracles and humble zest for life's simple pleasures, Hebe was an inspiration to her family, friends and anyone who knew her.
Both Kimberly and Hebe expressed a desire to be cremated. We will celebrate both Hebe's and Kim's lives , not with a viewing or wake, but with a celebration of life on Friday, March 13th, 6-9pm at Alianza Dominicana Cultural Ctr 530 West 166st, 2nd fl, NYC. We will be asking for in-kind donations for this celebration.
Kim wants her ashes taken to Puerto Rico, so a separate celebration of life will take place in Puerto Rico with her family and loved ones including those who are unable to travel to NYC. Your financial donations would help cover costs related to arrangements and your generosity at any level is deeply appreciated.
With love and gratitude, from the Andino and Ramirez families.
