Our friend, Kimberly (Peggram) Wellborn, DHS class of 79, needs our help.
Cancer has returned and the doctor has told her that she is not responding to the chemo treatment. She is awaiting an appointment with her doctor at MD Anderson. Until then, her family and doctor's are trying to reduce her pain and make her comfortable.
For those of us who aren't near enough to take a meal or make a visit, we hope to alleviate some of their family's financial burden.
Earlier this year, this is how Kimberly described her life:
I am a survivor by GOD's loving grace, healing power, and daily strength just enough to get through. HE is my strength and shield as I walk daily and get to breath in another day.
