This fundraiser is for Kimberly Palmer, a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, Friend, colleague, self-proclaimed comedian and Most importantly Fighter! She Most recently Worked as a Desktop Security Specialist for the IT department of a small company. However unfortunately hasn’t been able to work since October 2022. In November She was diagnosed with Grade 2 Inoperable Glioblastoma one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer, and recently upgraded to Grade 3. She is in a race against the clock to save her life and help improve her quality of life.

Today she is here to seek your support in funding her continued cancer treatments and alternative therapies. Whilst helping to restore some of her emotional and mental well-being. She and her immediate family have pooled all of their resources and have been able to come up with $28K the total cost of care STARTS at $34K. Without any treatment, she will have no choice but to enter into hospice and let nature take its course. Although it’s not 100% because everyone is different according to her treatment team and several other doctors' opinions, at best she has a year or so to live and will deteriorate rapidly.

100% of your generous donations will go directly toward the following expenditures:

- [ ] Medical expenses for treatment

- [ ] Daily transportation expenses Doctors/ Hospital visits
- [ ] Any other out-of-pocket expenses related to treatment devices or dietary needs/preparation supplies
- [ ] Assistance with catching up on regular household bills

She spent her 45th birthday in a room full of specialists going over her treatment plan. She lost her mom to cancer and recently lost 1 of her two siblings, her only sister to cancer in December 2021 at the young age of 40. She took care of both of them until they passed and she now needs our help to take care of her. Cancer has completely destroyed most of her family.

She had Ovarian Cancer in 2018/2019 with Surgery and chemotherapy treatment, she beat it and recovered. This fight has not been as easy to overcome and the odds are not in her favor due to the fact that she has Rapid Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis which attacks the neurotransmitters in the brain as well as an unspecified seizure disorder. She has debilitating headaches. Extreme irritability, trouble speaking and vision loss. She’s disoriented a lot and has severe short-term memory issues and trouble with mobility. She can no longer get around without a walker or wheelchair. Her insurance company has decided that they will no longer pay for her care.

You always hear about people losing their hair and feeling weak during cancer treatment. But no one explains just how severe the financial stress of worrying about how you will pay for treatments, the emotional stress of seeing the worry in your family and friends' eyes, and the physical stress the treatments have on your body. Your overall physical, emotional, and mental well-being are in a constant state of stress. Cancer is not only a matter of life and death but also a matter of life and debt. You don’t want to die but can’t afford to live.

You begin to feel trapped in a world of constant fear and worry. Even looking in a mirror at a reflection you no longer recognize is beyond what I could ever put into words, and I hope that with your generous support, the fight for my life can continue with some of the emotional and mental stressors put to ease.

This campaign means everything as it is not just about reducing a lot of the stress and anxiety but more importantly, it is about saving a life, improving the quality of life so that she can be here to watch her son as well as nieces and nephew prosper in their lives. To simply live without the stress that continues to add to the deterioration of her health.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and I ask that you please share this campaign with your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers so that together, we can kick cancer's butt! Cancer has affected all of us in one way shape or form.
