After going for a second opinion  at Springfield 
I learned that the Ovarian cancer is incurable and all they can do is hope for a new clinical trial , keep trying  combinations of the brutal chemotherapy, they have not been used in the past or do a more comprehensive genetic testing on both the blood and actual tumor tissue if there is enough left from the recent biopsy.  Then I would be eligible for PARP inhibitor if I have a genetic mutation ..  The genetic testing has to be approved by insurance and is very expensive  and I only have Missouri Medicaid and that would be a miracle to get approved.  The doctor says typically you have to pay a lot out of pocket. I am in a lot of pain in my abdomen is swollen  and tender and the pain meds are around $300 per month.  I will have to do some kind of treatment for the rest of my life.  Hopefully my body can handle it.
