Kim Wright’s path to stroke recovery

Donation protected
My dad, Kim Wright, had a severe stroke in April of this year. We’ve tried the best that we could to help in every way, but we’ve exhausted every resource. The fact remains that as of right now, he cannot go home and live independently.

Time, money, and insurance will soon run out, so here we are as a last resort to try and buy him some more time to get the therapy and care he deserves before he has to lose everything he’s ever worked for to pay for medical care.

My dad has always had a lifelong love of hunting and fishing. We have so many wonderful memories of being out on the lake with him all through our childhood. His greatest love of all are his four grandchildren, Brenden, Natalie, McKenna, Richard, and most importantly his 10-year-old daughter, Heidi. He so desperately wants to get back home to be with his family.

I know times are tough for all, and healthcare is broken in this country, but please, if you can donate, every little bit helps to buy him some more time. For his friends who can’t donate, he sure would appreciate a call or a visit. Lord knows he gets a little bored when he’s not in therapy.

As a single father, my dad raised my brother, Quigly, and me for most of our childhood. No, things weren’t easy, but he stuck with us and did the best he could with what he had. For that, we will fight, push, and claw at giving him a fighting chance to find out what his “normal” will be.

We sincerely appreciate any donation that can be made.

Thank you.
