Kim passed away over the Memorial Day weekend. Many of you knew her well and worked with her at Tribal Point and then 1st Tribal Lending. She played a large part in what we have all built here at 1st Tribal when she decided to throw her hat in with me after the great mortgage meltdown of 2007/8 ended Greenpoint Mortgage. Although she retired after an accident a few years ago, her daughters Angela and Kristin currently work with 1st Tribal. A few other of our employees have known her since they were teenagers and were mentored into the mortgage business by Kim.
