On Thursday afternoon, 3/11, our teammate Kim Zimmer and her husband left the house for about an hour to run some errands. Upon return, they found the house on fire and flanked by fire trucks with the roof fallen in. Thankfully, the kids were in school and - everyone is SAFE! 

This fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden on Kim and her family while buying things for daily needs items and to support their health and comfort.

Living through a house fire is one of the most traumatic things a family can experience. Where to stay to make all the calls in order to navigate next steps is one factor. but there's also a loss of daily basics like toothbrushes and personal care items, basic clothing, silverware and cooking items, etc. 

Making a contribution is completely voluntary. All donations are welcome. Once Kim and family are able to communicate additional needs, we may find additional ways to support them.
