Hi, my name is Kimbra Chapman and I’m trying to raise funds to help Kim with her medical expenses. As many of you know, Kim has been hospitalized for several months and is currently in a care facility and will be discharged soon. She will need home care since she is still not strong enough to care for herself. Her medical expenses are piling up and causing even more stress on her and her family.
