Rochelle, our treasured friend and coworker, tragically lost her wife Kim last Friday innocently at the hand of gun violence at her New Orleans home. Rochelle is a loving mother of 9 year old Elijah and is now faced with raising him as a single working parent. 

Rochelle is an unyielding force at the hotel as night auditor.  She brings loyalty, professionalism, and dedication to every piece of her work.  She is always there to lend a hand to both staff and guests. We would like the opportunity to support her in her grief.

Please take this opportunity to embrace Rochelle as she faces burial costs and the financial uncertainty of the loss of her life partner. Kim’s last minutes of life were spent on the front porch under the warmth of the New Orleans afternoon sun which she loved. She will be missed by her family and community. 

Funds will be given directly to Rochelle to use at her discretion to support her and her beautiful son Elijah as they recover from this unconscionable tragedy.
