Kim Knight Hembree's Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Karmen Hembree. My mother, Kim Knight Hembree was in a terrible accident on September 7, 2021. Mom and Dad were on a road trip heading out to see my uncle in Georgia. They stopped in Tennessee and were sight seeing when she slipped on some wet rocks and fell 40 feet down a waterfall, landing on some jagged rocks and trees. She is currently hospitalized in Tennessee and will require multiple surgeries due to all the broken bones. Once she is stable enough, we plan on driving her home from Tennessee to keep her comfortable. I will be flying out to help bring her home. She will still need to return to hospitals in the Kansas City area for the remainder of her surgeries.

Kim is a loving wife and mother of 6 children, ages ranging from 20 to 3. She is a very hardworking and caring individual. Kim was working as a CNA ,who always went out of her way for her patients, prior to this accident. She is always wiling to sacrifice her wants and needs for those of others. She would give the shirt off her back, if it was the last thing she had. Kim's husband, Billy, is currently staying in Georgia to be closer to her.

This fund will help provide financial support for the family in this time of need, as well as paying for Mom's multiple surgeries and occurring hospital bills.
