Your donations have helped fund many things/services Kim has needed as she battles cancer while adjusting to life in a wheelchair and overcoming the devastating hurdles she continues to face. As her fight continues, we are gearing up for a six week recovery to another surgery. During this time she will require more daily hours of care from in-home nurses and specialized transportation to and from weekly doctor appointments. Our beautiful and tenacious mom, wife, grandmom, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend, Kim, has been showing kidney cancer who's boss since March '20. Her journey has been a rollercoaster, including her most recent stay at a rehab facility to help strengthen her legs after experiencing spinal cord damage from radiation. She is a true warrior! And she is finally coming home! There will be expenses we would love to raise money to take care of, especially in the first few months she's adjusting to being home. Kim deserves the highest quality care, to feel comfortable and as independent as possible in her own home. Your donation will help buy equipment and fund other medical expenses for when she comes home from the rehab facility at the end of this month. She would never ask for a thing but is always there for everyone.
