I’m Tiffany Johnson, niece of Kim Carroll. On Saturday, November 26th, Kim was experiencing some issues and ended up at the ER at Colquitt Regional Medical Center where after a CT scan the doctors found a mass on her intestines, spots on her liver, and on one kidney. After several test and biopsies, we have found out Aunt Kim has stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized to her liver. Tomorrow she will go in to have a port placed so she can begin chemo treatments. If you have met Aunt Kim, you will not EVER forget her! Over the last 10 years she has experienced some hardships that would probably break most people but with Aunt Kim you could never tell. She would do anything for anyone, she’s always got a smile on her face and something funny to say. She’s the friendly face that greets you in the Walmart produce department and follows you around with her cart talking. She doesn’t meet a stranger. At this time, she is unable to return to work and doesn’t have any health insurance. To ease her mind a little I have created this page to try and help her. He’s our healer the Great Physician, our helper in time of trouble, and our comforter in time of need.
