Our family is asking for help for someone who has spent her entire life caring for others—my sister, Kim.

Kim is a deeply faithful, godly woman with one of the most selfless hearts you could ever meet. She has always been the person who shows up when someone is hurting, the one who prays for others, the one who gives even when she has little herself. Taking care of people has always come naturally to her.

Recently, Kim suffered a devastating stroke that has completely changed her life.

Simple things many of us take for granted—moving around freely, getting to appointments, and managing daily activities—have suddenly become incredibly difficult. Her road to recovery will be long and challenging, and she now requires significant daily care and medical support.

Right now, Kim is being lovingly cared for by our parents, who are retired and in their 70s. They are doing everything they possibly can for their daughter, but the emotional, physical, and financial strain is growing heavier every day.

We are raising funds to help provide Kim with the care and resources she urgently needs, including:

• Hiring an in-home nurse or caregiver

• Mounting medical bills and treatment expenses

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation

• Medical equipment and supplies

• A wheelchair-accessible van so she can safely travel to appointments

• Other essential care costs as she continues her recovery

Anyone who knows Kim knows she would never ask for help herself. She has always been the one quietly giving, helping, and supporting others without expecting anything in return.

Now it’s our turn to show up for her.
