It is with heavy hearts we regret to inform friends and family of the passing of a loving son, brother, and friend. On December 13, 2025, our family lost someone incredibly special. Kim Balasanyan passed away suddenly at just 33 years old. Our hearts are broken, and the absence he leaves behind is impossible to put into words. At the same time, we find ourselves holding onto the love, memories, and impact he made during his time with us. Kim truly lived life fully. He was kind, positive, and deeply genuine—someone who cared about people in a way that was natural and effortless. He had a remarkable ability to connect others, bringing together friends from every stage of his life and making each person feel seen and valued. Kim had a way of leaving people better than he found them.

Since his passing, we have been overwhelmed by the love and support so many of you have shown. Friends from his childhood, teenage years, and adulthood have shared stories, memories, and words of love. Seeing how many lives he touched has been both heartbreaking and beautiful. When many people think about passing, they wonder if they will be missed. Witnessing how deeply Kim is missed has been a powerful reminder of the meaningful life he lived.
