Kilrush Askamore Walks Together

Kilrush Askamore Walks Together is a 24 hour Walkathon to help raise much needed funds for the improvement of facilities for our clubs and community. The GAA and Camogie club are joining forces to complete a 24 hour walk commencing Saturday 13th March at 2pm.  We hope that this event will enable us to progress with the next phase of works at our pitch and walking track.

Our Walkathon Fundraiser is being run in association with St. Aidan's Services. They are an organisation that provide a range of supports to the people of North Wexford including those with disabilities and children with special needs.

We ask that all participants observe current Covid-19 Guidelines.

This event was organised by a sub-committee of 8 persons and overseen by the club executive committee including club Treasurer John Donohoe. 

John is in charge of all expenses and will have responsibility for the withdrawal of funds to the clubs personal account. John will also be responsible for the transfer of funds.
