Hey everyone! I’m Jacadia and with some hesitation and desperation I’ve decided to create a gofundme. My dog Kilo has been ill for the last year. She’s been on various medications and multiple vet visits to try to combat the issue. It started with an ear infection. Since the initial situation she has since had 3 separate infections that have all been addressed by her vet but the infections keep coming back. They’ve told me it could be a tumor but they can’t diagnose it without the proper team and tools, and we need to get it done asap. There is something very wrong inside her head and the vet is referring us to the Atlantic Veterinary Collage (AVC) for an MRI for a deep dive into what the root cause of her illness is. The AVC has quoted us $6000 for the initial visit and MRI. Unfortunately, that’s just diagnosis but the sooner I get her there, the quicker we can try to find out what is happening. I’ve been trying everything in my power to find a way to get this done but I can’t do it alone. She’s been a rock in this tough life and I need to swallow my pride and ask for this help, for her and for myself. I’m an absolute mess. She’s the smartest, best baby and I can’t not try.
