#KillTheBeast - 24Hr Burpees

Our Ironside crew are going to be doing burpees for 24 hours straight, to raise awareness around mens mental health. All donations made will go to Beyond All Bounds, a local Mental Health First Aid Instructor bringing REAL support to people in our communities.
The money will be used to give free Mental First Aid training to people in our community to help support friends, family, co-workers and clientele.
