Ok with that out of the way:

After years of actively pursuing this, I am finally scheduled for top surgery! I can hardly believe it!! (The date is Jan 8th ✨✨✨)

I am also currently a student with a budget to match, which means I could use some community support in reaching my funding goal. So, hopefully with some help, I'll be able to look down with as much joy in my eyes as you can see in this photo looking down at that chicken ❤️

At the urging of close friends (thank you), I have set the goal to both cover the actual surgery in addition to a little buffer for associated costs (food, some financial wiggle room in case I run into complications, recovery supplies, estimated cost going up for some reason, etc)

As I'm sure you all have felt before, it's hard to ask for help, but I am so deeply grateful to have found myself in community that I feel like I can lean on I'm times of need. ❤️ Thank you all so much for being there for me in this journey already, whether or not you're in a place where you can give financially.
