After a beloved golf club captain is killed on the green, a remorseful member confesses to the accidental killing — but as guilt, exile, and suspicion consume him, a buried truth emerges that changes everything.

When the body of a respected golf club captain is discovered on the 9th hole, shock ripples through the tight-knit community. As whispers turn to accusations, one man steps forward — our protagonist — claiming responsibility for what he insists was an “accidental” killing.

Though acquitted in court due to lack of evidence and the ambiguous nature of the incident, the verdict does little to clear his name in the eyes of the community. Branded a killer and ostracized from the club he once called home, he finds himself isolated, haunted by guilt, and desperate to prove he’s not the monster they believe him to be.

As time passes, tensions ease and the community begins to move on — seemingly forgiving, if not forgetting. Our protagonist strives to move on from the incident and turn a new page and no-one will know what really happened on that quiet morning at the golf course.
