Beloved Father, Husband, & Colleague Passes Away

It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts that we at Ben Bay Realty Co. inform you of the sudden passing of our colleague and friend, Stancho Stanchev, who passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. He worked with us for a number of years as a Licenseced Real Estate Salesperson, while also being a member of the Independent Drivers Guild, an Uber Lift Driver, & Black Car Driver.

He was involved in the car crash in Bensonhurst as the driver of the black Honda. As Stancho was driving east along 64th St., he was suddenly and tragically struck by an out-of-control car as he crossed the intersection of 64th St. and 18th Ave. His wife was in the car with him, as they were going about their Monday errands. She is still in the hospital.

All proceeds are being sent to Stancho's son, to cover as many medical bills, necessities, and expenses as possible, in addition to whatever he and his mother may need during this time, to alleviate the enormous financial pressure they now face as a result of this horrific tragedy.

Stancho had not only been a truly valued member of our team, but our good friend as well. He will be sorely missed more than words can express. We would be grateful for any donations that will directly benefit Stancho's family.
