Hi, my name is Angie and a few months ago I rescued Kiki, a sweet dog who had no one to care for her. I promised to give her a second chance at life—but now her health has taken a serious turn, and I can’t save her on my own.

Just days ago, Kiki started vomiting blood, had dark-colored urine, and was bleeding vaginally. I rushed her to an emergency vet, where we received heartbreaking news: she’s dealing with a severe urinary tract infection, dehydration, internal irritation from ingesting blood, and worst of all—she tested positive for heartworm, a potentially fatal condition if left untreated.
