Hi, my name is Kierra Howard. I was diagnosed with stage 2C melanoma cancer in May. I had it removed, had surgery, had all clear margins. About a month after surgery, the cancer spread to lymph nodes. Making me stage 3 Had a surgery in October to removal all lymph nodes. 4/14 were positive. Fast forward to now. February 9th, 2024 I lost my balance. Drs did MRI’s and cat scan showing a tumor with a blood clot laying on my brain bleeding. I had surgery the next morning to get it removed. It has affected my ability to move. I can’t walk. I will be in a rehab facility for 2-3 weeks. depending on how well I’m doing it’s possible I could stay longer. I will also have to go under gamma knife radiosurgery and combo treatments. I’m only 28 years old and a mom. Anything helps.
