Kieren seizure assistance dog

Kieren has battled epilepsy for over 6 years now and after much prompting from friends I am finally starting a GoFundMe account to help facilitate the costs involved in acquiring a seizure dog for my little princess warrior. Kieren has failed 7 epilepsy medications. Currently we are on the Ketogenic diet and 3 seizure meds. In 2014 Kieren had brain surgery to remove the areas causing the seizures in both the frontal lobe and right temporal lobe. Although surgery helped reduce seizures (anywhere between 100-200 daily prior to surgery) seizures have gradually returned. Along with epilepsy Kieren has cognitive delays due to the damage that these seizures have caused. As a single mom it is a constant concern that Kieren could be seizing when I'm not there to watch. A dog would enable her to access her days safely when she is at school or with sitters while I work.
