Kieran Stirling
Donation protected
Kieran James Stirling born 19th December 2005 by emergency caesarean section at Glasgow Royal Princess Maternity hospital.
At Kieran’s birth he was born dead and was resuscitated. Due to this, Kieran had a lack of oxygen to the brain and caused him to have a lifelong condition known as Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy. This affects all four limbs and accompanied by other developmental disabilities such as: vision problems, seizures and mobility issues. All of which resulted in Kieran being fully disabled.
Kieran had extremely limited verbal skills and as such was limited to being able to say a limited number of words.
During Kieran’s life, he underwent many different treatments and numerous operations in order to improve his quality of life.
Kieran had a great sense of humour and would make this known by the way he would smile, laugh and communicate with his eyes.
Kieran had the most beautiful eyes with long black lashes. He had the biggest, most beautiful smile and the most infectious laugh.
Sadly, Kieran passed away in Saturday 17th May 2025 unexpectedly.
Due to the unexpected nature of Kieran’s death, we are looking for support and donations from anyone who is willing to, and is in a position to do so, to give our smiling, beautiful boy with the sweetest soul, the send of he deserves.
The family are very grateful and thankful to anyone that can help at this time.
Thank you.
