Kidney Transplant - Scott Velez

My name is Sara Velez and this is on behalf of my brother Scott Velez. He was born without a kidney and we didn’t know it until he was 18. He is currently in Stage 5 Kidney Failure and needs a transplant.

Scott is such a good smart man and he deserves to live his life. He is a first time father his son was born on March 25th, 2023.
