Kidney transplant - Juliana G. Prieto Arnaud

Hello! My name is Juliana! I'm 38 years old, I was born in Brazil, I'm married and I have 3 children. Today I live in Utah! I have had type 1 diabetes since I was 10 years old. About 3 years ago my kidneys stopped working and after that I had some health complications. I had a stroke twice, the first time I was paralyzed on the left side of my body. Thanks to Heavenly Father and the help of loving doctors, nurses and my family, I can now walk and move better.

I do hemodialysis 3 times a week, 4 hours each session.

Today I am waiting for a kidney transplant, but my level of antibodies is very high and it is very difficult to find a compatible donor who can provide me with a kidney and that my body will not reject, but I have faith that one day this kidney will arrive and my life will get better!

Unfortunately, my family's financial situation is not good, only my husband works and it is not enough to meet all our needs and not enough to pay all the medical expenses we have and that will come. Therefore, I ask for your help so that I can overcome this difficult period in my life! I know that one day I will overcome all these difficulties!
