I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share about my cousin (from my father’s side) who is fighting for his life. Unfortunately, both of his kidneys have failed, and he is in a critical condition. He is very young and the father of two little girls, with a wife who is doing everything she can to hold the family together during this devastating time.

After all the medical evaluations and consultations, the doctors have informed us that a kidney transplant is the only way to save his life. The treatment and transplant will cost at least £15,000, an amount that is beyond what our family can arrange on our own. He is currently undergoing treatment in Nepal, but we can only proceed with the transplant once we are able to raise the necessary funds.
