Hi, my name is Moises Cifuentes and I'm asking for help during the hardest chapter of my life. Im currently living with severe Kidney failure and urgently need a kidney transplant. Without it my health and quality of life will continue to decline. This surgery is not optional, it is life saving.

Living with kidney failure has changed everything. Simple things like drinking a cup of coffee in the morning has become impossible, I suffer from high blood pressure. Any intake of caffeine raises my blood pressure.

Despite doing everything I can to eat healthy and drink only water, my doctor (Dr. Patni Hitesh) has made it very clear that a transplant is the only long term solution.

Now more then ever I want to live a long life, because my wife and I have a 2 month old daughter and I would love to be here to see her grow up.

The funds raised will help cover the transplant surgery expenses, hospital and recovery cost, anti rejection medications, and essential living expenses while im unable to work during recovery. Even with insurance these costs are overwhelming.

This transplant would give me the chance to live a full and healthy life again, and give me the privilege to raise my daughter. Work full time and provide for my family and be present for the people I love.

Hola, mi nombre es Moises Cifuentes y estoy pidiendo ayuda durante el capítulo mas difícil de mi vida. Actualmente vivo con insuficiencia renal severa y necesito urgentemente un transplante de riñón. Sin el, mi salud y mi calidad de vida seguirá deteriorandose. Esta cirugía no es opcional, es para salvar mi vida.

Vivir con insuficiencia renal lo ha cambiado todo. Cosas simples como tomar una taza de cafe por la mañana se han vuelto imposibles, sufro de presión arterial alta, y cualquier consumo de cafeína hace que mi presión se eleve. A pesar de hacer todo lo posible por comer de manera saludable y beber solo agua, mi medico (Dr. Patni Hitesh) ha sido claro, un transplante es la única solución a largo plazo.

Ahora mas que nunca, quiero vivir una vida larga, porque mi esposa y yo tenemos una hija de 2 meses, y me encantaría estar aquí para verla crecer.

Los fondos recaudados ayudaran a cubrir los gastos de la cirugía del transplante, los costos hospitalarios y de recuperación, los medicamentos atirrechazo, y los gastos esenciales de vida mientras no pueda trabajar durante la recuperación. incluso con seguro medico, estos costos son abrumadores.

Este transplante me daria la oportunidad de vivir una vida plena y saludable nuevamente, y me daría el privilegio de criar a mi hija, trabajar a tiempo completo, proveer para mi familia y estar presente para las personas que amo.
