First let me tell you the story of Shawn Barnard's journey with ESRD(End Stage Renal/Kidney Disease). After struggling with Hypertension for almost 20 years Shawn's kidneys failed about 4-5 years ago, causing complications.. For the past two years Shawn and his wife, Leonor(my loving Niece) have been back and forth to Atlanta to one of the BEST hospitals ever, EMORY!! Shawn's has a rare blood type AB POSITIVE so the odds for him be compatible with a donor is 1/100,000, so now you tell me what his chances were?

January 24, 2025, his wonderful wife received a second call from the Transplant Team saying "we have wonderful news Shawn will receive a living donor Transplant"! We were so overwhelmed with tears and laughter, so happy and full of joy. We give praise and thanks to God for all his wonderful work!

Shawn's surgery is schedule for February 7th, 2025, in Atlanta. I ask you to keep him in your prayers and if you can donate whatever you can to help us, we would gladly appreciate it very much. Thank you very much!
