My name is Dr. Elaine Agyemang Tontoh, and I am fundraising for Ms. Bless Kyekye, a 23 (twenty-three) year-old native of Ghana in West Africa.

Bless has been diagnosed with End stage renal disease of unknown aetiology as well as hypertension and needs an URGENT Kidney Transplant.
